Qualifications:

Experienced and inexperienced

Shifts hiring Full-time, Part-time, Overnight, Evening, Weekends

Health, Dental, 401K Offered!!!

Requirements:

• IDPH Licensure

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record

• Must complete System entry (Vista or/and McHenry) and State of Illinois required education and training in order to maintain licensure.

• Criminal background check, drug testing. Mandatory random drug testing.

• Must be available for up to 3 day orientation class

• Ability to lift/push/pull at least 100+ lbs.

Job Description:

Transport patients as authorized and directed by the laws, rules and regulations of the State of Illinois, the US Department of Transportation and Vista Health System, North Lake or/and McHenry Western Lake County EMS.
