Message frequency varies based on your requests, scheduled transportation, account activity, and interactions with us. You may receive multiple messages when needed to coordinate a service or resolve an inquiry. We do not guarantee a fixed number of messages.

10.4 Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and plan. Carrier charges may differ for domestic and international messaging. IMG Ambulance does not control or reimburse carrier charges.

10.5 Opt-In Method

Where offered, you may opt in by submitting an online form and affirmatively checking the optional, unchecked SMS consent box next to the phone-number field. We may also honor another express consent method clearly presented by IMG Ambulance. Merely providing a phone number, including on an employment or service form, does not by itself constitute consent to recurring SMS messages.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any IMG Ambulance SMS message. We also honor other clear requests to stop messages made through reasonable means, including by contacting us directly.
